We stayed at Wailea Beach Villa Penthouse 404 as repeat guests (we came 2 years ago) for 2 weeks in May 2012 with our two kids (3 and 1). The property is a perfect place to bring a family. From the private elevator that brings you from the garage direct to your unit to the accommodating beach and concierege staff, this villa is uniquely suited to families. The condo is huge (almost 2,000 square feet) and has incredible ocean and Molokini views. The furniture is very comfortable (especially the couches and lanai furniture) and the unit is light and bright. We loved having the BBQ on the lanai, as well as a complete kitchen in which to prepare meals. It was a short stroll to the beach in the mornings where umbrellas and chairs were already set up. The Wailea Beach Villas have two pools, one for kids and one for adults, that are both beautiful. Hands down, we believe Wailea Beach Villas are the best place to stay in Wailea (maybe anywhere) and especially well suited to families. This is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay.
My family spent our summer vacation 2011 here while back home we were experiencing triple digit heat. We had an absolutely wonderful time, the week just flew by so fast. It was so nice to have so much room.
We stayed at Wailea Beach Villas #404 in October 2010 for our wedding/homeymoon. Everything was great from the property management to the location and cleanliness of the condo and what a view!! i would definitely reccomend this unit to someone. Both bedrooms had king beds and the room off the kitchen had a single daybed with a single trundle pull-out. I would definitely recommend the 4th or 5th floor for those who want a view. One of the other great benefits to staying there that is not mentioned is the concierge, he is amazing!
We were very happy with the overal rental experience, the condition of the property and grounds as well as the services provided by the staff
Best place we have stayed in Wailea. The only complaint I have is that the master bed squeeked with every move, but by the end of the week we didn't hear it anymore. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!
We stayed at Penthouse 404 at Wailea Beach Villas in May 2010. The experience was pure luxury. We had a private parking space in a garage just a few feet away from an elevator that took us straight to our unit (by private key). Once we stepped off the elevator, we had a large lanai, perfect for parking the stroller and beach gear. Everything in the penthouse was luxurious, from the comfy beds, the soft towels and bathrobes, the large comfortable sofas, the flatscreen televisions in every room, and the spotless china and fully equipped kitchen. The service at check in was first class (no lines to wait in - we were just whisked to our room, and the property manager then parked our car and brought up our luggage). The pool and beach service was similar to a top hotel (great beach chairs and umbrellas). The entire property felt quiet, relaxed and luxurious. Everyone at Aloha Luxury Properties was extremely nice to work work. I would highly recommend renting through them at Wailea Beach Villas or one of their other fine properties. We will be back! Aloha!
It would have been nice to have mid-visit housekeeping. We were there for 2 weeks. For that amount of time I believe 1 housekeeping should be included.
Absolute perfection what a wonderful stay gorgeous place. Every thoughtful amenity..would stay here again and again and again.
We rented the Villa from Aloha Luxury Properties with high expectations from the photos, but we were actually surprised that the Villa surpassed our expectations. Not only was the view truly endless, the proximity to the best of Wailea Resort, shopping and walks on the beach were unsurpassed. The Villa was spotless and had amenities that one would expect only in their own home and only in a home of utmost distinction. The furnishings were gorgeous, tasteful and luxurious down the bone china and Henkel knives for our use in the gourmet kitchen. The staff at the Villas was so personable you would thin you had made friends in Wailea by the time the vacation had ended. You will also forget you are renting the Villa, you will feel you are at your own dream home away from home! Cheers! Sincerely Craig & Alicia
Our stay at Wailea Beach Villas was perfect! The units are incredible, I can hardly describe it. Breathe taking views, perfectly manucured gardens, first class condos. This was my first trip to Maui and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. There are a lot of nice resorts, but having the freedom of being in a condo was priceless. For sun in the sun, there are two pools and many places to lounge (pool, beach and private gardens near the pool). We tried all three, the grassy area near the adult pool being our fav. Sonorkeling right off the beach you can swim with huge sea turles. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. My only complaint, is that there is no quick food options in Wailea, everything is sit down. Oh well, beingin a condo you could stock it with food. Have fun!
We stayed in p404. Beatifully furnished unit with incredible was had to leave the lanai. Sunsets were amazing. Adult swimming pool was fabulous. We were two adult couples and had lots of space for hanging out together, but we also had our privacy. Condos are walking distance to shops and several hotels, so we could get whatever we needed. Highly recommed this condo.
The unit and the views are awesome! Beautiful rooms and furnishings. The property is located perfectly for the beach and shopping. It is absolutely a great getaway.
We stayed at two different 5 star Hawaiian locations, one in Kapalua and the other in Waimea. Both properties were among the best in their class in terms of view and furnishings. The owner operator of Hawaiian 5-star was very professional and accomodating. We are looking forward to returning.
The only complain/recommendation we have is to expand the couch seating in the living room. 2 couches would be better than 1 and 2 chairs there should be one reclining chair on the balcony as well. Also there needs to be opaque curtains in the bedroom and living room to aid in sleeping
