We had a great time here! The property was just as advertised. The private beach was beautiful and the snorkeling there was awesome. Lots of fish and good coral. We also so three turtles. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this resort and would love to come again.
The Palm Villas was very nice and we loved our stay. Great location and very highend. The only draw back was the 2nd day, a woman moved in next door that was pretty loud on her lani and left a massive ice chest on the entry landing, (not blocking) but this along with her open windows, loud television and loud voice outside, was a little bothersome. The sound proofing through the shared walls was very good I will report.
Good location and amenities with beach club access. It was very quiet and relaxing in the neighborhood while we were there.
Accomodations were clean and well maintained. Excellent kitchen and lanai area. Beach Club parking pass a definite plus. Great location!
We had a wonderful month at the Palm Villas. The unit was very well provisioned and the location can't be beat!

The Palm Villas in the Mauni Lani Resort area was the perfect condo for our vacation! The condo was clean, well equipped and beautiful. The best feature was the lanai overlooking the nature preserve—and even though we didn’t have an ocean view, we could hear the ocean waves! We used the gas grill on the lanai almost every day, and enjoyed eating our meals on the lanai. We had easy access to extensive walking paths that led to a nature preserve (lava fields), fishing ponds, Mauni Lani and Fairmont hotels, and the “Beach Club” beach (with lounge chairs, equipment rentals and a restaurant). We could also walk to the Shops at Mauna Lani.
We are the returning guests of this property: the location is fantastic, the condo is roomy and nicely furnished, and the property manager was very helpful. Mauna Lani spa and fitness club are next door. Short and pleasant walk to fish ponds and lovely beach.

Pool was closed for 1 day for chemical adjustment, not heated so was cooler than the ocean in Jan. Walk 5 min. to Mauna Lani terrace beach, just inland from Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Mauna Lani terrace condos, but much newer. Roomy 1 car garage. Upstairs unit with exterior view of nature area behind Mauna Lani Terrace. Would use again.
This is a great property: spacious, nicely decorated and well-maintained. It has high-end appliances and cabinets. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach, fishponds and the shops. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, the grounds immaculate. We honestly can not think of anything that was less than perfect about our stay.

The downstairs tenants asked if we had a party. Apparently when we walked around it was loud and that was without shoes. The property manager told us that there was no installation between the upstairs and downstairs condos. So I don't know if there is anything you can do about the problem.
The condo was great, good location and access to a nice sandy beach with good snorkeling. The best part of staying here was the great communication with Five Star Rentals, and all their help coordinating our trip. Highly recommended!!
Our trip to Hawaii was fabulous. There were a few issues in the condo that I would want to know about, if I were the owner. The floors were not very clean when we came. Spaghetti and rice on floors. There was so much lint dust in laundry area, the smoke detector went off everytime we used the dryer. The fan above the BBQ outside would drip grease everytime we had BBQ on which would also set off smoke detector. None of the electrical outlets worked in the kitchen island. More than one dishcloth would have been good. Beautiful condo and very comfortable. Would stay again for sure. Lovely pool area as well!

Although small the condo is laid out well to take optimal use of the space. The decor is pleasant and overall the unit is very comfortable. Recommended improvements include: remote for the garage door telephone answering machine WINE GLASSES attractive serving bowls/platters couple of vases better cookware
Palm Villa is a quiet, clean, well located property.
This is a good property, but was not ready for occupancy for several reasons: 1. Cleaning was not done after the previous tenant, but Aloha Luxury did a good job in having the work done by 8pm on the day we arrived. 2.The barbq was dirty and two of three burners unoperable. The third burner barely worked. A maintanance man came in two days and said it needed parts, not available locally. So we will not have use of the barbq for another week. Disappointing because it is one of the reasons we rented this unit. It appears proper maintenance on the b barbq has not been done for a very long time. 3. The TV is not HD-DVD as advertised. I do not believe the cable boxes have recording capability even though the cable bill has charges for DVR and HD. 4. The dishwasher was very dirty and has hard white caking that I suspect is detergent that has been hardened by heated drying. We ran it three times but it failed to clean up. We are very disappointed by these issues, and plan to request some refund when everything is repaired properly.
The condo is in a great location and well apportioned. The keys were not labeled , there was no entry code or remote for the garage. There was no entrty code or key for the sidewalk entry gate. There was no beach acces card available caused many problems to acces the beach. Actually was refused to be let into the beach one day. I you want a cabana on the beach plan to get there before 9am. There appers to be no onsite manager to immediately correct issues.
